5. Payments & Refunds
- All pricing is shared in advance and will be agreed upon before service commencement.
- Payments are due as per the invoice terms (typically 50% advance, 50% post-completion unless stated otherwise).
- Refunds will not be provided for services already rendered or approved.
In the event of a dispute, we will make every effort to resolve the issue amicably.

We respect client confidentiality. Any sensitive information, including campaign strategies, login credentials, or trade secrets, will be treated as confidential and will not be shared without written consent.

We shall not be held liable for:
- Loss of business or revenue due to delays or third-party failures

- Data breaches caused by client negligence
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a project by providing written notice. In such cases:
- Work completed till the date of termination must be paid for
- Any advance paid will not be refunded unless agreed upon in writing
